My husband and I found our dream home!

I grew up in Dehradun. Usually, when I say this, people assume I am a native of Dehradun but the truth is that I grew up in a boarding school in the city. I spent the most crucial 10 years of my childhood in the beautiful valley city of Dehradun and have known the place as my second home from a very young age. So, when it was time for me to select a city to settle down, I chose Dehradun in an instant. My husband and I have jobs that allow us to work remotely and this gave us an opportunity to live just about anywhere in the country. Since we are looking to grow our family, we wanted to settle down in a city that would give us the peace and greenery we crave while offering us the development and modern facilities that we need in order to lead fulfilling lives.  We decided to rent a fully furnished flat/apartment in Dehradun for the first 6 months of your stay. I wish I could purchase my dream home right now

  I often think about my dream home. I think that when I will have enough savings or a good enough income to be able to afford a good home loan, I will purchase a great house and turn it into a beautiful home as and when I can in time. I would maybe want to invest in a property in Dehradun or Pune. Hyderabad seems like a good option too. I consider Dehradun because I have lived in the city for ten years and know how peaceful, less crowded and beautiful it is. Future Vacation Home

  My husband wishes to invest in a residential property and he and I have been looking at all the Apartments on sale in Dehradun , Haridwar and Rishikesh. We plan on making the property a vacation home where we can stay for a month or two every year to escape from the fast-paced metropolitan city life of New Delhi. We have been planning to invest in a 3 BHK where we can invite both sets of our parents to vacation with us, as and when time permits. The actual long-term idea is to have enough rooms so that our children and we have enough privacy when we visit in the future. We would like to have an apartment in a gated society where amenities for outdoor activities are provided. We would like to have a lawn tennis court and a swimming pool on the property as both of us like to indulge in these two activities on our day off.
